Centimeter-level RTK corrections for your RTK equipment: connect any NTRIP base or rover to a growing network of base stations. Prefer to build your own? Optional DIY base and rover software is available too.
Sign up today and get 10 free coins — that’s about 10 hours of caster use for your rover

For enthusiasts who build a base or rover from a GNSS module: our DIY software runs on a
Linux board or an ESP32 and is set up entirely from its web page.

DIY Base
Auto-detects UM980 / UM982, LC29H, UM626N and ZED-F9P (experimental)
Connect your rover to the mountpoint NEAR or AUTO instead of
a base's own, and the caster chooses the best correction source for where you are.
Send your position. Turn on “send position (GGA)” in your rover
— or run the mobile app alongside it — so the caster knows where you are.
The nearest base. The closest online base within 25 km that you may use;
public bases first.
It follows you. As you travel, you are switched to a base that is at least
1 km closer. A base that drops out or is moved is skipped.
Checked coordinates. A base the network has measured and approved serves that
position (below), not its own — so switching between such bases does not shift your work.
Base positions you can trust
A rover is only as accurate as the position of the base it uses. Many bases work out
their own position (survey-in), which is often 1–3 m off — and every rover on that base
is off by the same amount, even when it shows RTK Fixed.
Measured, not taken on trust. The network measures every base around the clock
from its satellite data, against Geoscience Australia's CORS stations — the position the
base sends is not used.
Approved on a day of agreeing data. A base gets its network position only when
at least 24 hours of measurements agree within 2 cm.
Your rover gets it automatically. When a base's own position is more than
2 cm off, rovers connecting through the caster get the network position instead —
nothing to set up.
Watched all the time. A base that is moved is closed to other users until the
network has measured it again at its new place.
Own a base? Its Base coordinates page shows how far its own position is from
the network's. Enter the network position in your receiver, so rovers that connect to it directly are
accurate too.
How it works
With your RTK equipment — no license needed
Create a free accountSign up with your email — no payment needed.
Add your base or roverAdd your base as a mountpoint, and/or create a rover account.
Point your equipment at the casterntrip.rtkonline.net:2101 — your mountpoint, or NEAR for the closest base.
Pay per hour of useIn tokens; your own base earns tokens while it is online.
Build your own (optional)

Download the softwareFree for signed-in users on the Device firmware page.
Install on your deviceSet it up as a base or a rover and note its device serial.
Request a licenseChoose Limited or Full; your key is issued once payment is confirmed.
Try the live demo
Two demo units run the real base and rover software around the clock — open their web pages and try everything: the GNSS module page, RTCM outputs, the sky map, NTRIP, the rover reaching RTK Fixed. Changes are allowed and undone automatically.
📡
Demo base
A fixed base in Brisbane streaming live RTCM (MSM7 for all constellations, ephemeris) to the caster.
The demo units use a simulated GNSS module; their corrections are for demonstration only, not for survey work. Everything is reset to the original setup every week.
Caster usage price
Your own RTK equipment needs no license. You pay only while your rover is
connected, by the minute.
Prices exclude GST (10%), which is added when you pay.
What your rover costs per hour
On someone else's base
€1
Paid from your coins. NEAR and AUTO pick the nearest base for you.
On your own shared base
Free
With the tokens your bases earn — 1 token = 1 hour. When they run
out, €1.
On your own private base
€1.25
Or 1.25 tokens. Includes a 25% caster fee
— share the base instead and it earns your tokens.
What your base earns you
Shared base
1 token a day
+ €0.25 per hour when other rovers use it
Tokens never expire and pay for your rovers on any of your bases. The earned
money goes to your coins wallet. It starts earning once the network has surveyed your base
position — usually within a day.
Private base
For your privacy
Only your own rovers can use it. When they connect, they pay a
25% caster fee: €1.25 an hour
(or 1.25 tokens) instead of €1 — €0.25 extra per hour.
Example: your shared base is online all month →
30 tokens = 30 free hours with your rover. If other people
use it for 40 hours, you also get €10 in coins.
Coins are money: 1 coin = €1, requested from your
wallet and paid by bank transfer. Running low? Your rover keeps working a while — tokens may go
below zero by a week of what your bases earn, coins by 24.
